Lands End is a park in the north part of San Francisco, where you can hike to see Golden Gate Bridge from the outside facing towards San Francisco Bay.  The hike starts at Cliff House, where some nice views of the Pacific Ocean exist.  It is also a very popular place to eat dinner, as you can see the nice Sunset.  Helen and I have done it before - nice view, but the food is only so-so.
