Purisima Creek Redwoods is situated between Skyline (high way 35) and Half Moon Bay.  It is a nice place to go hiking - The hike starts with a major climb up through a nice forest, and after that you get out in the open where you can have nice view of the ocean and Half Moon Bay.  You can make it all the way to Skyline, but we stopped 0.3 short, as we were short on time - we no longer have day light savings, so we were short on time, and did not want to risk it.  As you can see, the timing was great, and we had some very nice sun set views.
