| | After a morning with widely changing weather, we ended up going to
Cataract Falls in Marin north of San Francisco. When we finally got there,
it had started raining, but we did hike up the falls, and it was a spectacular
site. Unfortunately, because of the rain, most of the pictures did not
turn out the best, but here are a few that were acceptable.

You hike along a lake before you start the ascend along the falls.

the the falls - there are so many falls that if feels like one giant fall
for several miles
