Uvas park is close to Morgan Hills just south of the Bay Area.  It is an interesting park, that has some nice waterfalls - especially right after rain.    We went there over Christmas, just after it had rained the night before. It was a nice hike with some nice view of waterfalls and of the landscape surrounding the park

The hike starts with a serious ascend

There was a lot of water - it was even running on to the trail.

Here is the first fall we visited.

It is a nice place to hike - even without water falls.

We had to cross a small creek - no bridge

Here we are on the way to one of the other falls in the park

The trees are growing strange here.
